🤩A unique role combining Sales & Marketing

This is not a typical junior role – focusing on both inbound sales and marketing, you will have an impact across both areas of business. Get ready to embark on a steep learning journey!

⚒️What would you be doing?

  • Start each day with a team meeting – team spirit and learning from each other is important.
  • Focus on inbound leads: get in touch with potential clients that come through a marketing channel (e.g. website, ads, events or webinars).
  • Partner up with the Marketing team for demand generation initiatives.
  • A small part of the role will focus on cold outreach: conduct market research to identify potential customers and make first telephone contact.
  • Use your product expertise to persuade customers to deep dive into the software solution.
  • When you’re ready, start doing your own demos – moving your expertise further into the selling funnel!
  • Develop and implement personal approach strategies.
  • Strategic work – contribute to sales strategy development and implementation.
  • Promote inclusive recruitment policies and diverse workforces.

🔎What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent command of the Dutch language.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong motivation to learn and grow.
  • At least 6 months of sales B2B and/or recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented and energetic person;
  • Thrives in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Enjoys challenges, taking initiative, and seeking depth.
  • Mindset and passion for growth are essential.
