Roles, Background, and Fit

We placed 3 salespeople last year and due to their success, they need help with customer success side. Onboard clients, supporting them and making sure the clients use the software correctly.

It is vital that you are passionate and eager about Macro Economics and have a good analytical mindset.

3 criteria they measure on:

1). Attitude – Fun, serious,
2). Knowledge of Macro economics.
3). Like computers, data, but still extrovert

Your background could be from banks or Macro Economical education.
Career growth is very possible. Either into Team Lead, Sales or Product role. Also towards Data and Analytics. The company wants to grow with you.

Onboarding will be thorough with their internal LMS and with help from products specialists.
