You as the Customer Success Manager
As the new Customer Success Manager, you’ll join a young and ambitious Dutch scale up that’s more than doubled their ARR in the last years.
They strongly believe teamwork makes the dream work, which is why this could happen. Now they’re looking for a like-minded Customer Success professional to help them achieve this even more.
Your role will be very strategic and involve being close to the customer, also on-site on a weekly basis for strengthening these relationships even more. You get a thrill out of diving into clients’ pains, even more so about making them successful - you don’t see yourself as a reactive type because you know you need to act upfront.
You will collaborate with multiple internal teams, especially Account Managers that will rely on you to successfully up-/cross-sell and retain your customers. You’ll be playing the key role in this!
This is you
- 2+ years in Customer Success/Account Management (in SaaS/IT)
- a BA degree at minimum
- strategic thinker, very proactive and passionate about your clients
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently
