They are based in Haarlem since 2017, scaling up and growing fast! They're expecting another round of investment coming this year to become the market leader in their field. They are now active in The Benelux region but conquering Europe soon. Their sweet spot would be large law firms struggling with compliance matters. 

To make their journey more success, the customer success team is looking for a customer success manager to join them. 

This role is pivotal in guiding firms through the implementation of their new app, ensuring a seamless and successful integration. You will be the go-to person for their clients, working closely with compliance specialists and coordinating with their development team to provide top-notch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Guidance: Lead firms through the app implementation process, addressing any questions and ensuring smooth integration.
  • Customer Support: Manage and respond to support tickets using Freshdesk, especially if the app experiences downtime.
  • Client Follow-Up: Regularly check in with clients during and after installation to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Collaboration: Work in close cooperation with the development, marketing, and compliance teams to share and prepare relevant content.
  • Compliance Expertise: Engage with compliance specialists to align the app's implementation with regulatory requirements.
  • Customer Success: Focus on the success and satisfaction of their clients by providing ongoing support and updates.
  • Diverse Coordination: Collaborate across various teams, including development, marketing, and compliance, to deliver a cohesive experience for their¬†clients.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written, with impeccable grammar and spelling.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on flawless writing.
  • Minimum HBO or Bachelor‚Äôs degree, ideally in a relevant field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer success, business development, sales, or a similar commercial background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to easily engage with clients, particularly law firms.
  • Comfortable making proactive calls to clients and maintaining regular interaction.
  • Capable of challenging clients and saying no when necessary, rather than agreeing to all client demands.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure no spelling or grammatical errors in communication.
  • Curious and interested in understanding clients' needs and industries.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions efficiently.
  • Proficiency in¬†maintaining high standards of communication.
