About the company
This young company is taking the Customer Experience industry by storm with their all-in-one platform solution. Companies know now more than ever that listening to your customers is crucial for the business. The challenge arises when the feedback is gathered from multiple channels and you lose track of it.

It started back in 2013 when the founders started an IT consultancy project at one of the most well-known insurance companies in the Netherlands. This digital-first company wasn’t able to track and measure their customer experience, so they requested a solution for that. As a result of this specific collaboration, the new company was founded.

The company is completely transforming to a full SaaS all-in-one solution and signed A-brands such as CoolBlue, Intergamma, Sparerib Express, Decathlon and more!

They currently count 15+ FTE and are aiming to hire fast in 2021. They are a young and fast-paced company with a great atmosphere. Being Dutch at heart, they of course own their own company boat and (when possible again) will host further international city trips.

Your role as Customer Success Manager
As Customer Success Manager you will consult a mix of companies on a strategic- and practical level. Together with C-level or Marketing departments you will review their current customer experience and help them get the insights they need/want.

You will join a CS team of min. 4 colleagues, each responsible for their own portfolio. They strongly believe it’s important to become the Single Point of Contact for your customers. Your portfolio exists out of 20-25 accounts, varying from the SMB to the Enterprise segment.

As a CS professional you will have a major impact. Due to their rapid growth they are really looking for experienced people to help them improve the Customer Success structure. They are looking for someone who takes initiative both internally and externally.

Your background
  • 3-5 years of client success or -consulting experience, preferably within SaaS
  • An analytical mindset and experience in consultative selling
  • An ambitious and eager mindset to truly contribute to the growth of this company
  • Based in Rotterdam or having no issue to travel!
