Your role as Customer Success Manager: The CSM team focuses on identifying and executing opportunities to increase contract value and product usage within the existing customer base. There are three dimensions to this role:
- Trusted Advisor: Consult the client regarding all features of the software that make the client more successful.
- Commercial Go Getter: Up-Sell, Cross- Sell, Renew contracts.
- Team Player: communicate with the Sales, Product, Customer Success and Onboarding team for an enhanced customer journey.
Who you are:
- You bring 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in SaaS/Tech or Beauty/Wellness/Hospitality.
- Your approach to work is autonomous, assertive, reliable and flexible.
- You speak German at a native/bilingual level, and are fluent in English .
- You are based in near or Cologne.
