Your role as the Customer Success Manager
As the new addition to the Customer Success team with a SaaS background, you will truly be part of a new business proposition and help build out this new team. With your experience and knowledge, you’ll engage with your CS colleagues and help them grow and develop in their role.
Furthermore, with your commercial mindset, you will spot new opportunities with your clients and close deals from existing business. Apart from that, your role will consist of building long-lasting relationships to be the trusted advisor of your clients.
Given the stage of the company and (new) team you’ll be joining, it’s essential that you are flexible and can deal with change. Besides working with your clients, you are passionate about improving internal processes, have the ability to wear multiple hats and can get creative with new ideas.
- 1+ years in a Customer Success role at a SaaS company
- You like to collaborate and help others grow
- You can adapt quickly and aren’t afraid of changes
- Impeccable Dutch and English
