Customer Success Manager Germany

You as the Customer Success Manager
You will be an important member of the team, as you’ll have a huge impact on keeping your clients happy for the long-term.
Upon closing a client, you step in and start with onboarding. After that, you will make sure that the companies are using the solution successfully and report back to your team should the clients face any issues.
This means of course that you and your Customer Success team will also collaborate with the Developers and other internal teams. After all, it is everyone’s goal to make sure the solution offers everything the clients might need.
You would also have a huge impact on the internal processes as they are currently restructuring and optimizing their workflows. Finally, they already have traction on other European markets like Germany and France and looking to growth their foothold further.
This is you
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role (SaaS/Tech)
- a BA degree at minimum
- You are the proactive kind, not reactive, always putting the customer first
- You speak and write German fluently, any additional language is a plus
