Your role as the Customer Success Manager
This position allows you to shape a new workforce in a well-established company. Sounds quite unique, right? With the HQ in Scandinavia, you are part of one of the company’s global mission where a new, prosperous market awaits.
You will drive the Customer Success engine primarily towards the Dutch market. The clients need your support to successfully make use of the software, and you have the skills to guide them through their contract lifetime. This labels you as the expert in the digital world, where you are vital to your triple-A client’s success.
Besides supporting the client, you know the secret recipe to spot potential for up-sell and renewals and to keep the churn numbers green. As the new player on the team, you will have big freedom to change how the company operates. Ideas around automation, self-service and online tutorials are waiting to be put in motion.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within SaaS, ideally Customer Success
- Track record in handling a larger volume of clients
- You’re proactive, a self-starter and willing to get your hands dirty
- Excellent written and verbal skills in both Dutch and English
