Customer Support & Operations Specialist

This Fintech company offers a software platform that helps over 300,000 small businesses across Europe (Copenhagen, Helsinki, Berlin, Amsterdam and Gdansk) and the United States (Philadelphia) to operate more efficiently. By integrating accounting, banking, and taxes into an intuitive dashboard, business owners can focus on their core operations while reducing administrative burdens.

Your role

  • Promptly and efficiently respond to customer (Tier 1 & 2) inquiries to resolve issues with high-quality service
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with relevant teams to enhance customer experience and inform product development.
  • Collect detailed information on bugs from customers and forward it to the appropriate teams for resolution
  • Ensure that customers have a positive experience through direct interactions.
  • Assist customers in transitioning to our platform, including transferring bookkeeping data and managing bank account switches.
  • Oversee review platforms and respond to customer reviews to maintain a positive online presence.
  • Assist in transferring opening balances and other data from previous systems to our platform.
  • Provide advanced support to help accountants navigate complex functions and bookkeeping tasks.

Your background

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role, especially with tier 1 and tier 2 support responsibilities, is highly desirable
  • Have near-native Dutch & English language skills
  • Prior experience in managing customer feedback loops and contributing to product development processes.
  • Familiarity with bug reporting and working with development teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Experience in customer onboarding and data transfer processes, particularly in financial or bookkeeping systems, is a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing online reviews and maintaining a positive company reputation.
  • Experience in providing support to accountants or knowledge of bookkeeping and financial systems.
