The company

This FinTech company has over 5000 clients world-wide, of which most of them are listed Enterprises. They have 4 business units (SaaS brands) and pride themselves on creating state of the art SaaS technology.

Currently they are rapidly expanding their 150 FTE team across several European offices in places like Paris, Milan and Stockholm. Their headquarter is based in Amsterdam where most of the executive team is based.


Your role

Only 10% of their clients are currently using 2 or more SaaS products from this company. This means that there is a huge cross sell opportunity up for the taking. Each business unit has their own sales team, their own target markets and own revenue leader. In this role, it is your mission to create and implement an overarching cross-selling strategy and also build your own team.

On a day-to-day level you are researching potential markets, speaking a lot to the revenue leaders and sales teams, creating new product/market combinations and propositions. It is a senior management level role where you will have lots or resources and buy-in from C-level at your disposal to succeed. You will also hire and build your own team.


Your background

  • At least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Track record in cross-selling strategy
  • Great relationship building skills
  • Great leadership abilities

The package

  • Up to €100k base annual salary, depending on experience
  • Up to 20% bonus of the annual salary p/y
  • 14% pension (company contribution)
