Your role as the Enterprise Customer Success Manager
As the Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will join this fast-growing startup and get to really have an impact – not only will you be responsible for the most strategic, key clients all over the globe, but you’ll also have huge input in further building out the internal processes, playbooks, frameworks and everything else that goes with it.
But wait, there’s more. As the company has been growing like crazy for years now, they expect to hire more people further down the line, which means this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow into a more Senior or even Head of Customer Success role – take the throne, if you will.
You will be the voice of your customers, stepping in after your colleagues from sales close the deal. You will then carry out everything from implementation to onboarding, then adoption and manage these relationships so they are successful. Ultimately, you’ll have to keep an eye on retention in collaboration with a dedicated Account Manager.
- 4+ years in a Customer Success role dealing with the enterprise segment
