Your role as their Enterprise Customer Success Manager
As the company’s new contribution to the Customer Success team, you will be the strategic advisor towards enterprise clients.

You will help clients like Albert Heijn and Jumbo to succeed by strategizing beginning with the onboarding process, to implementation and all the way to the renewals. Being a spider in the web, you enjoy to truly have an impact on many different levels. Knowing the ins and outs of your clients allows you to identify when and how to upsell and renew existing contracts.

You are someone who is only happy when your customer is happy, and their success is your success. You will be visiting your clients regularly to make sure that internal stakeholders are aligned with the bigger plan. Furthermore, if new product plans arise, you will make sure to let your customer knows and carry out the implementation of additional features.

What do you bring?

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management within SaaS
  • Track record in working with enterprise accounts
  • Strategic thinking and strong relationship building skills
  • You’re well versed in managing multiple stakeholders
