About the company
This young company is taking over the international HR industry by storm, even during COVID-19. They are building a learning & development solution for the HR community, which helps clients to determine business outcomes.

This pandemic is a great example of companies that had to make strategic choices regarding their human capital. Did they need to adapt? Make changes? Or even reorganise?

Companies are not always able to make these decisions, especially not in combination of all these rapidly changing technologies that are implemented and data that has to be analysed. This solution guides companies like Heineken, McDonalds, and Philips to make better strategic decisions.

The company was founded in 2016, currently counts 18 FTE and their goal is to double in size end of next year.

Your role as Global Enterprise Account Executive
As Junior Enterprise Account Executive you will be the first sales rep who will be fully responsible for all Enterprise deals. The company is building a global HR community to develop digital-, strategic- and data driven skills.

The sales team is focusing on B2C and B2B, existing out of six sales reps plus the Sales Director. You will report directly into the Sales Director, work closely together and will have an impact on developing the Enterprise sales structure!

As experienced Enterprise sales rep you are able to deal with multiple stakeholders, are a challenger, and have experience in closing Enterprise deals. You will have an international focus and will work with companies like Under Armour, McKinsey, Bank of America, and many more!

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are commercial, a self-starter, able to level with C-level stakeholders and personal development is one of your the most important drivers.

Your background:
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably selling software to HR
  • An analytical mindset and experience in consultative selling
  • You have a passion for personal development and like to work internationally
  • An ambitious and eager mindset to truly contribute to the growth of this company
