About the company
This young company is taking over the international HR industry by storm, even during COVID-19. They are building a learning & development solution for the HR community, which helps clients to determine business outcomes.

This pandemic is a great example of companies that had to make strategic choices regarding their human capital. Did they need to adapt? Make changes? Or even reorganise?

Companies are not always able to make these decisions, especially not in combination of all these rapidly changing technologies that are implemented and data that has to be analysed. This solution guides companies like Heineken, McDonalds, and Philips to make better strategic decisions.

The company was founded in 2016, currently counts 30+ FTE and their goal is to double in size end of next year.

Your role as Global Enterprise Business Developer
As Enterprise Business Developer you will be on the front lines as the first contact point for potential prospects. The company is building a global HR community to develop digital-, strategic- and data driven skills. The company doubled their commercial team since last year, from 6 to 12. 

As experienced Enterprise sales rep you are someone who is structured, creative, and have a hunter mindset. You will get the freedom to create your pipeline your way. If that's via phone, videos, email sequences, LinkedIn or other mediums, it's up to you! You will have an international focus and will work with companies like Under Armour, McKinsey, Bank of America, and many more!

You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are commercial, a self-starter, able to level with C-level stakeholders and personal development is one of your the most important drivers.

Your background:
  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound lead generation
  • Fluent in English
  • An analytical mindset and experience in consultative selling
  • An ambitious and eager mindset to truly contribute to the growth of this company
