Global Team Lead Sales – SaaS

As Team Lead Sales you will be responsible for 8 to 11 junior business development reps who have to do outbound calling, prospecting, handling inbound leads, emailing, social selling and many more. The goal is to book demo’s/meetings for the senior sales reps.
The company overperformed their target and grew rapidly during COVID, and so did the sales team. They have an incredible strong marketing team so they could structure the junior sales into: inbound reps, a lead generation rep, outbound reps.
Your experience suits perfectly with these young driven high potentials. You have done outbound sales yourself and know how to structure a day, week or month in order to hit your targets.
However, it’s not only about that. As Team Lead you will become their mentor and coach, on a business level but sometimes also on a personal level. You show them how it’s done, and let them learn by being an example.
You will have coaching sessions and implement trainings to make sure every sales rep grows. You also have the responsibility to hire and, sometimes unfortunately, fire. It is your goal to conquer the world with this amazing solution and your amazing team.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, in outbound & preferably in closing
- You have experience in at least training or managing 2+ sales reps
- You have dealt with KPIs and targets
- Your English is on a very high level
