Head of Customer Success

This Fintech company offers a software platform that helps over 300,000 small businesses across Europe (Copenhagen, Helsinki, Berlin, Amsterdam and Gdansk) and the United States (Philadelphia) to operate more efficiently. By integrating accounting, banking, and taxes into an intuitive dashboard, business owners can focus on their core operations while reducing administrative burdens.

Your role

  • Lead and develop the Customer Success team to excel in customer engagement and retention.
  • Establish and manage KPIs for customer health, product adoption, and satisfaction.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to unify customer lifecycle management.
  • Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and product improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in all customer success activities.
  • As a Head of Customer Success, you will play a key role in the Customer Success team. You will lead and expand the team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to build a team that excels in customer engagement and retention.
  • With new and innovative ideas, you will cultivate a culture of collaboration between the Customer Success team and other departments and encourage innovation withing the team to streamline the customer satisfaction.

Your background

  • +6 years, including significant roles as a team lead, demonstrating robust leadership and management capabilities.
  • Have near-native English language skills (Dutch/German/French/Finnish will be considered a plus)
  • Extensive expertise in managing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Strong data literacy and a data-oriented approach, proficient in analyzing and utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment while maintaining focus on strategic goals.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation, with a focus on aligning plans with organizational goals and driving business growth.
  • Desirable expertise in finance and accounting with a strong grasp of financial principles and regulatory standards.
