Your role as the Head of Sales
As the Head of Sales you are going to join a scale-up, who’s business is growing and going strong during current economic events. The company solves a huge gap on the market and enables B2B clients to engage with their customers online.

In their first year they signed more than 50 B2B SaaS clients and they are now ready to expand the team and their book of business. Now they offer a unique entrepreneurial role where a sales leader can build the global sales organization.

The next step is creating a repeatable & scalable & profitable growth model.  As the Head of Sales, you’ll optimize the sales organization, further develop their playbooks and collaborate with Marketing to increase lead generation channels and pipeline.

This is a global role and you’d report directly to the CEO and will be part of the overall company leadership team.

Your background as Head of Sales:
- You must have a proven track record in scaling a B2B SaaS business
- Approx. 8 - 10 years of SaaS scale up experience, ideally at multiple companies
- Setting up a outbound sales motion with ACV > EU50K
- experience with developing sales playbooks and establishing internal processes

What can you expect as head of sales?
- An annual salary of up to 250K OTE + equity package
