Here’s the opportunity at a glance:
💰OTE is £60.000-£70.000 (uncapped commission!)
💰Base Salary: £50k for London / £40k for Manchester/Liverpool/Edinburgh
💰Commission: Uncapped, average being £20k
🌍 Work remotely from the UK (London, Manchester, Liverpool, Edinburgh)
🛎️ Attend industry events while visiting (and staying!) at your client’s hotels.
🚀 An AE role in SaaS that requires no prior closing experience.
Your Future Employer:
This SaaS startup helps hotels (30-100 rooms) manage property operations through channel and inventory management, booking engine and payment collection.
Their mission? To empower hotels to maximize direct bookings instead of having to rely on 3rd party commission-heavy distributors.
Because of the maximized visibility and revenue, saved commission costs and automated administration tasks; it is no surprise they are the chosen PMS by 2000+ hotels globally.
What you bring/Who you are:
- Experience: 1+ year of experience experience in B2B Sales (Tech or Hospitality) Sales. Plus points if: you have experience working in hotels / or a Hospitality-related study!
- Languages: English (C2/Native).
- Soft-skills: Tech savvy, proactive, and ability to work independently.
- Location: you are based in London/Manchester/Liverpool/Edinburgh and able to travel for work.
The job: Gaining market share in your region through an efficient sale cycle by working with a mix of inbound (20%) and outbound leads (80%).
- Actively reach out to prospects within UK, online and offline in industry events.
- Conduct product demos and help hotels save time, money, and frustration using your solution.
- Close high velocity deals of €2K- €5K ARR
- Work closely with marketing, product and customer success to optimize approaches, results and client satisfaction.
