My client is a Dutch company (a part of a growing multinational) that primarily provides web hosting and domain registration services. They offer various hosting solutions, including shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and cloud hosting. Their services are mainly around website building tools, email hosting, and other related services to help businesses establish and maintain an online presence.

As part of their account management team, they are looking for a new talent to help them manage their successful clients. 

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will be the consultant and go to person for our existing customers:

  • Work as a team member responsible for ensuring the success of existing customers
  • Provide advice on settings, caching, and alternative packages to optimize performance
  • Proactively recommend the most suitable hosting solutions
  • Collaborate within a larger group, sharing the same mission
  • Assess potential customers for opportunities to upgrade, up sell, or cross-sell
  • Take ownership of customer cases, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up to assist customers effectively
