Junior Customer Success Manager DACH – Wellness Tech (38k, hybrid)

Your role as Junior Customer Success Manager (Finance):

  • Manage billing administration and respond to client billing enquiries with professionalism and emotional intelligence.
  • Become the liason between clients and internal teams (Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, etc.)
  • Oversee Credit Collection in the DACH region (and supporting in other regions if needed).
  • Support the Finance team in various projects, like improving the billing processes.

Who you are:

  • You bring 1-2 years of professional experience in a customer-service role (resolving chalenging situations by phone and email).
  • You take ownership, know how to prioritize your work independentlu, and are able to think outside the box to come up with solutions to billing challenges.
  • You speak German at a native/bilingual level, and are fluent in English .
  • You are based in Dublin or Cologne.
