Your role as the Partner Success Manager
As the new Partner Success Manager, you will join the ambitious EMEA team in Amsterdam that’s grown to 15 FTE within 2 years. Considered an a trusted coach and expert, you as the Partner Success Manager will ensure that the companies EMEA partners will gain a in-depth knowledge of the platform, which will enable them to drive value to their customers.

It’ll be your key responsibility to
establish and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders in their partner network. Furthermore, you’ll be the main liaison between the internal Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams and making sure both sides are aligned.

Your activities will include, yet not be limited to: Partner training and certification, conducting workshops, analyzing performance date, technical implementation, reporting back to your internal teams and participating in events.

Your background

  • 8+ years of commercial working experience
  • 2+ years working in Partnerships/Channel or a similar role
  • You are extremely organized, structured and able to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Commercial mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, any additional language is a plus
