Product Marketing Manager – B2B SaaS / FinTech / Dutch Speaking – Amsterdam

We are working exclusively with an international unicorn SaaS fin-tech company with offices in major European and American cities. They have a global customer base to make payments and spend management more accessible for their end-users. It is a B2B organisation that has expanded rapidly, and Nobel Recruitment has helped it find 25 new commercial people, including leadership, for its Benelux team.

New product launches have seen them use their experience in the spend management space to start incorporating their services into their client's ERP and bookkeeping to give customers more financial control. They operate in a competitive and well-funded market but have successful funding rounds with hundreds of millions of euros invested.

Requirements
Please only apply if you are fluent in Dutch. Unfortunately, this is a hard requirement due to your work in the local and international markets.

We need a proven track record of working as a Product Marketing Manager in a B2B SaaS business, ideally in the fin-tech realm. However, PMM experience in B2B SaaS is a minimum expectation for the role.

You will work as part of the global product and marketing team, which sees itself as a best-in-class model in this market, meaning they have a fast-paced and collaborative culture with high expectations on all the work you do.

They have recently moved into a new office in Amsterdam, and need people to be present at least four days per week. There is no flexibility on this point, so hopefully, you will be happy to be present in the office at least four days per week in Amsterdam.

Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll lead strategic go-to-market efforts and collaborate closely with Product and Marketing Leaders in the organisation. You will analyse data, craft compelling campaigns, and guide product strategy to ensure seamless launches. 

In this role, the Marketing Director predicts that once a quarter, or at least once every six months, you will be leading the charge on new global product launches for the company. 

Your role involves:

  • Becoming an expert on our target audience.
  • Providing insights to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Overseeing the creation of impactful messaging.
  • Mentoring the team to foster innovation and excellence.
