Sales Development Representative

Location: Haarlem, Netherlands (Hybrid)

About the company: A cutting-edge SaaS company that specializes in automating content production for large retail chains. They convert data like product details, promotions, prices, and images into engaging in-store displays, online banners, and flyers by utilizing sophisticated business templates. Join them as they expand their sales team to target the UK market and the Benelux region, building on their success with already 11 large customers.

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate qualified sales leads in the UK and Benelux regions.
  • Engage potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other sales / prospecting channels.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.


  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sales.
  • Strong proficiency in English and fluency in Dutch are required. 
  • Confident and proactive in making phone calls and initiating contact with potential clients (prospects). 
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and succeed in a competitive environment.

Interview Process:

  1. Initial screening call (30-60 minutes) with the recruiter.
  2. Second interview with the hiring manager. 
  3. Final interview with the Founder and broader team, including a culture fit check and a case study or pitch exercise.

Compensation and Quota:

  • Base salary range: €2,900 – €3,500 per month.
  • Compensation structure: 70/30 split between base salary and commission/bonus.
  • Commission based on achieving a target of 10 qualified sales leads per month.
  • Total on-target earnings: approximately €4,500 per month.


  • Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
  • Home office budget of €500 per year.
  • Vacation policy: 25 days per year on a full-time basis.

  • Convenient office location near Haarlem train station.
  • Clear road to a closing role with lots of growth potential. 
  • Collaborate on Enterprise deals (large retail companies) with an average deal size between 30K and 50K.
