About the company 

An innovative e-commerce solution for various clients in the mid-market (wholesalers, retailers, manufacturers…). It is meant to develop and grow the most complex e-commerce strategies and implementations, B2B and B2C. 

They are based in Houten, Utreach, with a team of 65 FTEs. Running since 2010, with a very strong vision to rebuild the world of e-commerce. They are now expanding and growing internationally. 

About the role

While expanding their efforts in the Benexlux region, they are looking for a BDR to be in charge of prospecting, outbound and sourcing potential leads. You'll be the 1st point of contact, initiating the sales cycle and growing the pipeline.

You will be:
– Cold calling prospects / potential clients 
– Crafting email sequences and outbound strategies
– Booking demos of the software 

Requirements 

They are looking for a hunter by nature, ready to pick up the phone, not afraid of rejections…

– Someone who's proactive and goal oriented
– Fluent in Dutch and English 
– Has a minimum of 1 year B2B sales experience in a commercial environment 
– Any door 2 door or call center experience is highly appreciated 

The offer

– A base salary up to 3.5K with a competitive commissions structure 
– Hybrid work setting with lots of flexibility
