This is for you if…

  • Experience building your own SaaS Sales team and/or expanding an International company to the DACH region.
  • Value Selling methodology and experience using Salesforce.
  • Successful SaaS Sales track record in the DACH region. 
  • Native level of German and fluent English.

Your future employer:
European Technology leader in the Marketing Automation Space, based in Copenhagen. They have strong global expansion plans. The company has been some years on the market, went IPO and now in an expansion phase.
Currently the team is international and consists of 70 FTEs, led by a very experienced management team and in a good and secure financial situation.
Some of their top clients include: β€‹β€‹β€‹β€‹Amedia, TV2 Norge, Colorline, Morrow Bank, FitnessWorld, Miinto etc.

The role itself:
As the Sales Director of DACH you will be responsible for setting up the Sales department in DACH: greenfield opportunities, contributing to the creation of sales processes, and hiring and training your Sales team.
You will be working closely with Sales Management in the Nordics region, Marketing, Partnership and Value Creation/Pre-Sales consultants.
