Role

As a SDR your main goal is to map out the market, create a list of leads and reach out to them. Book meetings for the Account Executives to close.

Talking in football terms. You are the winger, crossing it in for the striker to tap it in.

Clients: SMB and within the Taste, Tours, Sports, Nature, Culture, Destinations, market places and Hotels industries.

Leads via: Sales Navigator, google, referrals, Existing Hubspot base, events, inbounds and marketing. Outbound as you wish, as long as it works 😉

Targets: 20 meetings booked per month

Do you want to be the goalscore, then the door is open. If you work hard, learn, develop and hit targets, a promotion is very achievable.
After 12 months in the existing role, the opportunity for promotion to AE is something I would encourage and support. the goal is to set SDRs up for success when transitioning to AE role

Important requirement, you speak fluent Swedish.
