Role
As a SEA Specialist, you will manage and optimise paid search campaigns, which is the company’s key growth driver. You will develop strategies, track performance, analyse results, and collaborate with the VP of Growth to scale marketing activities effectively.
In this role, you will oversee Google and Bing adverts across all geographies, apply continuous testing to boost conversion rates, update strategies and tech, and share insights weekly. Also, you will manage budgets, enhance tracking and reporting, and coordinate with content managers on copy and creative tests. This position offers a significant opportunity to impact a growing SaaS insurance business.
Requirements
- 4+ years of work experience in a SEA role
- 2+ years in the B2B (ideally in Fintech or Insurtech) SaaS industry
- Knowledge of Google Ads & Analytics and cross-platform tracking
- Proven track record of working in a high-paced startup environment
- Data analysis skills (advanced Excel, SQL or Python) are a plus
- Willingness to be in their Amsterdam office 3+ days per week
- Fluency in English
