We are on a mission here at Nobel Recruitment. Due to some impressive growth in the second half of 2020 and an awesome start to 2021, we are looking to expand. As such, we are looking for a Lead/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This person will have the option to join a hot desk of ours or leverage the relationships we have to start a new niche. In addition, this person may also have the option to start their own brand within Nobel as the next stage of their progression.

What Are your Responsibilities?

♦ Mentoring - At this stage of our growth, it's important for us to share our expertise with everyone in the office. We're all about the team here and achieving growth and success together.

♦ Business Development - Although we have existing accounts you can get involved with and leverage, we do expect you to win new business and be bale to do so independently.

♦ Sourcing - You will be expected to source candidates independently.

♦ Client Service - We are passionate about delivering the best service out there and so we expect you to adopt that same mentality.

Skills/Competencies Required?

♦ Initiative - You are able to identify new business opportunities and act quickly on them understanding the benefit it may bring to the business.

♦ Entrepreneurship - You are able to understand how to leverage current relationships and utilise varied methods of capitalising on new business opportunities.

♦ Team Player - No room for big egos here! We encourage you to be yourself and sure, a little ego can be advantageous but above everything, you are able to work well in a team and enjoy in everyone's success.

♦ Coaching - You are able to clearly demonstrate how to do the job to the highest standard and are willing to help everyone around you

Package Details
